Love & wine really does get better with time. According to tradition, your 5th wedding anniversary is your wood anniversary where you give your better half a gift made of wood. What's better than a wooden wine box to celebrate such an important milestone in your life together? or maybe you want to gift the groom and bride with a reminder of their special day? These unique boxes would be great gifts for weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, and other events!!

Each hand made box is made from high quality Canadian timber and is engraved with the quote shown in the picture along with your personal details :) This is solid wood and not plywood. You won't be disappointed :) The lid is held in place by two solid pewter barrel twists. The wood grain varies from box to box and has a very rustic look to it as shown in pictures. Each box measures about 13 x 3.75 x 3.75 inches on the inside and can fit 750 ml bottles with a diameter up to 3½" and a length up to 13¼. Text can be customized to your liking as long as it fits within the given measurements. Please make sure to leave your custom details in the notes section during check out.

When will I receive my proof?

Proofs are available by request for custom orders and are provided typically within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please leave your request in the notes section during check out as that is the only way you may receive a proof. Each proof is provided with 2 rounds of revisions. Please make sure to leave your correct details in the notes section during check out. If you fail to do so, this may delay your order. Also please check your proof for aesthetics, layout, correctness of all spellings, dates, times and addresses. Your order will be printed exactly as approved. Any customer approved mistakes will be unfortunately re-printed at the customer’s expense.

My order is incorrect/missing pieces/and or damaged

I will gladly replace your order if I'm at fault :) Please send over a picture/s with an email describing error and I will do my best to fix the issue right away. In some cases, items will have to be returned prior to an exchange or refund. Any errors & shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving item prior to replacement.

Damages that occur during transit are not Red Cloud Studio's responsibility. I will however offer a discount should you need or want to buy a replacement. For piece of mind, please consider purchasing insurance to prevent from enduring any financial loss. Extra insurance protection can be arranged at an extra cost only prior to purchase only. Tracking shows shipped & delivered but I don't have my package?

A transaction is complete when tracking shows that an item has shipped. Compensation, or replacements will not be offered for any lost item, returned, or delayed items unless tracking shows absolutely nothing. If you live overseas, tracking is very limited or not available in most cases. Please arrange to upgrade to a service with tracking to avoid any issues with Red Cloud Studio PRIOR TO PURCHASE is possible.

How long do items take to arrive?

Red Cloud Studio is located in ON, Canada but all orders typically ship from Int'l Falls, Minnesota, USA. For orders within the USA, please allow 4-5 business days for delivery (with USPS) from the day your order ships.

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Once an item has shipped, arrival times are out of my control so please make sure to plan ahead and as early as possible. Red Cloud Studio can not take responsibility for an item that shows up later than expected nor can I take responsibility for any time sensitive orders. Your deadlines are your responsibility unless you have personally arranged something with Red Cloud Studio.

When will my order ship?

If we haven't personally discussed a ship out date, you can always check your online invoice for an estimated ship out date. Also, you can check the processing time in the item description for the item/s that you have purchased to get an idea of how long it will take. You can always email me if you are unsure :)

All production times are either listed in the item description or under the shipping tab. Occasionally, during the holidays season items may ship a couple of business days behind schedule. Please allow yourself some extra time during these periods prior to placing an order :) Also, please check my shop announcements on the main page of my shop to see current production times. Thank you :)

I left the wrong address on file during check out. Can I change it?

Please let me know as soon as possible to avoid any shipping issues. Otherwise, I will ship to the address left during purchase and or shown on invoice.

What method of shipment do you use?

Unless arranged prior to purchase, I typically use First Class Air for rubber stamps, and Priority Service on some occassions. For non rubber stamp items, type of service used depends on the weight and dimensions of the package. If you would like to upgrade to a specific service and or add insurance, you must email me prior to purchase. Insurance and upgrades will incur extra fees.

Can I return my customized item for a refund or return it for an exchange?

Any used or customized items may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
