Rubber stamps are so much fun! They are used for many things such as for stamping invitations, Christmas cards, report cards, letters, envelopes, notepads, books and much more!!
This listing is for a 2.25" x 1-1/4" laser engraved customized rubber stamp for my fellow loud and proud bookworms. Each stamp is mounted onto a laser engraved maple wood block with the option of upgrading to 2 styles of wooden handles and or self inking stamp. Please use the drop down menu to make your selection.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your stamps to be made + delivery time. If you request a proof, your stamp will ship in 5-7 business days from the date you approve your proof + delivery time.
If you have a logo or design of your own that you would like to incorporate into a stamp, please don't hesitate to email me prior to purchase to discuss a quote and your stamping needs.

Proofs are available by request for custom orders and are provided typically within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please leave your request in the notes section during check out as that is the only way you may receive a proof. Each proof is provided with 2 rounds of revisions. Please make sure to leave your correct details in the notes section during check out. If you fail to do so, this may delay your order. Also please check your proof for aesthetics, layout, correctness of all spellings, dates, times and addresses. Your order will be printed exactly as approved. Any customer approved mistakes will be unfortunately re-printed at the customer’s expense.
I will gladly replace your order if I'm at fault :) Please send over a picture with an email describing error and I will do my best to fix the issue right away. In some cases, error items will have to be returned prior to an exchange or refund. Any errors & shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving item prior to replacement. Thank you!
A transaction is complete when tracking shows that an item has shipped. Compensation, or replacements will not be offered for any lost item, returned, or delayed items unless it is our error. If you live overseas, tracking is very limited or not available in most cases. I encourage you to upgrade to a service that gives tracking and peace of mind if this is a concern PRIOR TO PURCHASE. If you don't waived tracking and you feel that your package is lost, a claim must be filed via Etsy for us to resolve the matter. Refunds will not be given on any assumed lost packages until Etsy advises to do so.
Red Cloud Studio is located in ON, Canada but all orders ship from Int'l Falls, Minnesota, USA. For orders within the USA, please allow 4-5 business days for delivery (with USPS) from the day your order ships regardless of what tracking may show as USPS. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Once an item has shipped, arrival times are out of my control so please make sure to plan ahead and as early as possible. I'm not responsible for an item that shows up later than expected nor can I take responsibility for any time sensitive orders. Your deadlines are your responsibility unless you have personally arranged something with Red Cloud Studio.
If we haven't personally discussed a ship out date, you can always check your online invoice for an estimated ship out date. Also, you can check the processing time in the item description for the item/s that you have purchased to get an idea of how long it will take. You can always email me if you are unsure :)
I do not cover damages that occur during transit. I will however offer a discounted rate should you need or want to buy a replacement. For piece of mind, please consider purchasing insurance to prevent from enduring any financial loss. Extra insurance protection can be arranged at an extra cost only prior to purchase and not after. Please email me for rates.
Please let me know as soon as possible to avoid any shipping issues. Otherwise, I will ship to the address left during purchase and or shown on invoice.
Unless arranged prior to purchase, I typically use First Class Air for rubber stamps, and Priority Service on some occassions. For non rubber stamp items, type of service used depends on the weight and dimensions of the package. If you would like to upgrade to a specific service and or add insurance, you must email me prior to purchase. Insurance and upgrades will incur extra fees.
All production times are either listed in the item description or under the shipping tab. Occasionally, during the holidays season items may ship a couple of business days behind schedule. Please allow yourself some extra time during these periods prior to placing an order :) Also, please check my shop announcements on the main page of my shop to see current production times. Any used or customized items may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
